Parkview Properties was founded by Matt Schwartz as a student athlete at USC. Since its inception, Parkview has grown to owning and managing a collection of 50+ residential units in the Los Angeles area. 

This family-run business prides itself on a professional, straightforward approach and wanted an identity and website that reflected those values. With this in mind, we reimagined Parkview’s visuals from top to bottom. The result is a new website with a modern, refined aesthetic that appeals to property owners and student tenants alike.
